Global back office The global back office shall cover in multiple areas for global management level for example:-
To provide analytic dashboard which is a collection of widgets that provide an overview of the reports and metrics in order to collect, measure, and analyze data.
To provide identity and access management as a global level. It is also involving in defining and managing the roles and access privileges of individual users (the right users in the right context) and the circumstances in which users are granted (or denied) those privileges.
To provide an API event logs including each time an API operation is invoked and for each API event in order to provide the analytic insights for the API activities or debug the issue through the logged data.
