Re-Reg Monitoring

This page will describe the User Re-registration reports functionality that can be used for monitoring purposes.

The Re-Registration Monitoring report provides a list of all users who were soft-deleted from the system previously and are trying to re-register into GCP once again. This report will help the admin user monitor all such users who have returned to the system. The soft-deleted user re-registration report will be generated on the 2nd of every month. The job that will generate this report will be run on the 1st of each month at 10 pm(1 hour before the User deletions report job is run).

The Re-Reg Monitoring page lists all re-registered users' reports from the system who had been soft deleted. The report can be drawn for a specified period. This option can be accessed from the GCP Settings on the Toyota Wallet back office page.

Tenant Admin View-only role can access the report only if their country_code matches that of the report.

The list of reports displayed on this page has been generated in the period specified in the date filter on the top right side.

On clicking the "From date" box, a calendar is displayed where the report month can be selected:

Similarly, the "To date" can be specified by selecting a month displayed on the calendar:

The list displayed will contain all the reports matching the Tenant Admin's country code (i.e. either TH or PH), generated from February to June 2024.

Select one of the reports to download and click on the "Download" link provided under the "Action" field.

The report file will be downloaded to your system in the CSV(Comma-separated values) format and opened easily using any application that supports .csv files. Some of the applications are Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

Contents of the CSV file

The downloaded CSV files will have information such as:

• SEQ - Sequence Number of the record.

• USER UID - The ID of the user being re-registered.

• REGISTERED USERNAME - The registered username of the re-registering user.

• COUNTRY CODE - The country code.

• PHONE NUMBER - The user's registered phone number.

• REGISTERED AT - The timestamp of the re-registration time.

• STATUS - Status of the user.

• GCP DELETED AT - The timestamp of the hard-deleted time (when the previous user with the same phone number was removed from the database).
