Unblock Entity

This page describes the process of unblocking the blocked entity.

How to Unblock the Entity?

The Tenant admin user can verify the information on the detail page and then click on the ‘Unblock’ button provided at the bottom of the page. The 'Unblock' function is available only for the Tenant Admin User role. The Super Admin role and Tenant Admin View-only roles can only view the details on this page. To unblock the entity, contact the Tenant Admin in the GCP Backoffice.

A regular Tenant Admin with relevant permissions would be able to select one of the records and unblock them as needed.

Unblock Entity

The Tenant Admin View-only role does not have permission to Unblock an entity. They can only view the details on this page. If however, the unblock button is clicked, the user will encounter the error message as shown below:
