Tenant Users
The Tenant Users page will list all the available Tenant Users and their related information for the Philippines only. The Tenant View-only role can view the Tenant Users and their details but will not be allowed any other action.
The list of tenant users page also gives information like the user ID, email ID, status, login status, and the Tenant name of the users.
User ID: Each user bears a unique user ID that is used to identify them.
Email ID: The email address used by the users of a tenant through which the user was invited to join as a GCP tenant user.
Status: The current status of the users, whether active or inactive.
Login Status: The current login status of the user.
Tenant: The name of the tenant under which he/she is a user. For example: PH Wallet
The Tenant Users list can be sorted by clicking on any of the attribute titles (User ID, Email, Status, Login Status, Tenant) of the table and the list will be arranged in ascending or descending order of the attribute value selected for sort.
Search Tenant User
There is a search bar at the top of the screen where you can search for users. Next to it is a search field if you need to filter your search. You can choose the search field as either User ID, Email or Tenant and then search for the tenant users.
Select the drop-down list to view other options available for filter:
Select one of the criteria and enter the search string to view the required Tenant User:
Select the desired Tenant and click on the record to view the details.
