Blocked Entities

This page describes the functionality of unblocking entities from the back office portal.

The Blocked Entities page will list all the entries that are currently blocked from using the Wallet application.

The users can be blocked from using the wallet application in various scenarios which are listed below:

Rules for blocking entities

The list of all blocked entities related to the country to which the tenant belongs will be listed on this page.

List of Blocked Entities

The list can be searched using the search bar available at the top of the page:

To view the details about the blocked entity, select the record from the table displayed and click on it to go to the 'View Blocked Entity Details' page.

The Tenant Admin View-only role does not have permission to Unblock an Entity on this page. Check the 'Unblock Entity' page for more details.
