Create Payment Profile

A new payment profile can be created from the Payment Profile page under GCP Settings. Follow the steps below in order to create a new payment profile in the BackOffice.

Step 1:

Click on the 'Create new payment profile' at the top right corner of the Payment Profile page from GCP Settings. This will take you to a new payment profile page where you need to input all the information for the payment profile.

Step 2:

Select the Local server by clicking on the input box. It will give you a drop-down menu with all the names of the existing local servers. Select the specific local server from the list of local servers.

Step 3:

After selecting the local server you need to select the Payment Provider Identifier from the drop-down menu.

Step 4:

Select the void cut off time by clicking on the calendar icon in the input field. This will allow you to chose a time (hours, minutes, seconds). First select the hour (24 hour format), then select the minute and then seconds

Step 5:

Select the Refund cut off day by manual input in the text field. By default it is set to 180 days, you can increase or decrease the number by manual input or clicking the up/down arrow and set your preferred refund cut off day.

Step 6:

Under the currency code you will be able to see all the available currency codes for that particular payment profile. For example: THB, PHP, etc. Select the preferred currency code by clicking the checkbox.

Step 7:

After selecting the currency code you will be able to set the payment limits under your selected currency code. Input the amount to set as payment limit.

Step 8:

After filling out all the information (following steps 1 to 7), click on the 'Create' button at the bottom of the page. This will now create a new payment profile successfully and save all information.

Now you can view the newly created payment profile from the list of payment profiles under the GCP Settings. You can click on it to view the details page of that payment profile.
