Blocked Entities

This page describes the functionality added to unblock entities from the back office portal.

The Blocked Entities page will list all the entities that have been blocked from accessing the Wallet application. The Tenant Admin is provided access to unblock such entities from the Backoffice portal so that the user can continue to access the wallet application. However, the Super Admin can only view the list of blocked entities in the system but cannot unblock them.

The users can be blocked from using the wallet application in various scenarios which are listed below:

Also, note that in the Super Admin view, the PII data is masked in the display. The Super Admin cannot see the blocked user's phone number.

The page provides a search function to look for a particular record from the table of records displayed. Read more about it in the 'Search Blocked Entities' page.

To view the details about the blocked entity, select the record from the table displayed and click on it to go to the View Details page.
