Wallet Users

Search for Wallet Users to view the details and soft delete the user or undo delete.

The Wallet User's page will allow you to search for a wallet user and view the details. This page is accessible by the Root tenant admin users only.

This page provides a search bar at the top and an option to choose the field by which to search.

The various search field options are displayed when you click on the drop-down list:

Select a field to search by from the available options displayed:

For example, choose to search by 'User ID' and enter the desired wallet user's ID to search:

The search result would display an exact matching record to view:

The details displayed on the page include the following:

• User ID - The Wallet user's ID

• User name - The registered username of the wallet user

• Masked Email - The registered email address is masked and displayed for security purposes

• Masked Phone - The registered mobile number of the user is also masked for security purposes.

• Registered Date - The timestamp of registration of the Wallet user in GCP.

• Status - The current status of the Wallet user in the GCP system.

• Country - The country code of the Wallet user.

• Deleted_at - The timestamp of the deletion, if the Wallet user has already been deleted from the system.

To View the Wallet User details, click on the selected user record displayed on the Wallet User list page.
