Export Transaction Logs

You can export transaction logs from the BackOffice panel from a certain period. This will allow you to generate a CSV(comma-separated values) file containing all the transaction details from your preferred time. The CSV files will have information such as:

Step 1:

To export transaction log data from a specific country or globally, you need to select the country to extract data from. To change the country click on the drop-down menu labeled "Data from country' at the top right corner.

By default, 'Global' is selected which will export data of all countries.

Step 2:

You will see a list of all the countries to extract data from. Select the country that you wish to export data from. And if you wish to extract data globally, select 'Global'.

Step 3:

After selecting the country click on the "Export files" button. This will give you a pop-up window asking for the period. You need to input the 'From date' (start) and 'To date' (end). Click on the calendar icon next to the date to select a date.

Step 4:

After choosing the start and end date click on "Download file". This will generate a downloadable CSV(comma-separated values) file containing all the transaction logs from your preferred country. The file should start downloading automatically. Thus you have downloaded the data as a CSV file.
