View and Update Wallet User Details
This page describes the Wallet User Details Page on the Backoffice portal.
The Wallet User's details can be viewed by selecting the user record and clicking on it.

This will open a new page that will display all the details of the Wallet User.

The Wallet User Detail page will display the user's profile information which is not editable, like:
User ID
User name
Masked Email Address
Masked Phone number
The next one is the 'Manage Account Status' section, which is editable by the Admin user. As the GCP Root Tenant Admin, you can soft delete the Wallet user by changing the status from 'active' to 'inactive' to delete and vice versa to undo delete.

The editable and mandatory fields are:
Status: The user's current status will be displayed and it can be changed to 'inactive' if the user is to be soft deleted or 'active' if the action is to undo the soft delete.
Reason: The Admin user must select a relevant reason from the drop-down list for soft deleting or reversing the soft delete action of the wallet user in GCP.
This is a mandatory field and a suitable reason must be selected. If no reason is selected the error message is displayed as shown. The drop-down list will consist of the following options:
Reasons (active → inactivate):
Malicious Activity
User Requested
Account Compromised
Etc
Reasons (inactive → activate):
Reactivation Request
Miscommunication
Account Resolve
Etc
Comment: You can also comment in the text box to include any additional notes for this request. This is an optional field and can be left blank as well.
Once the required fields are filled, the 'Update' button should be selected to confirm the change.

Another warning pop-up message is displayed to inform about the change and get the user's final confirmation before proceeding.

Upon selecting the 'Send request' option, the back office system will send an email to the approver to inform about the change and request approval from another Root Tenant Admin user to update the Wallet User status. A success message is displayed on the top right corner as shown below:

The Root tenant admin user can view the requests that are pending approval by checking the 'Approval Centre' page.
