About GCP Backoffice functions
The Global Core Platform provides a BackOffice portal that helps the Toyota Financial Admin users manage the various roles and permissions of the Tenant admin/users of the system, invite new users, manage the local servers, check logs, manage wallet users' data and other settings, receive and review various reports in the system.
The GCP Backoffice web portal can be accessed through the URL: https://backoffice-v2.gcp.toyota-wallet.com/
The Global BackOffice serves different purposes such as:
BackOffice for identity management
Transaction logs
Local server management
Audit logs for simple investigation

Global BackOffice
The global back office shall cover multiple areas for global management level for example:-
to provide identity and access management at a global level. It is also involved in defining and managing the roles and access privileges of individual users (the right users in the right context) and the circumstances in which the users are granted (or denied) those privileges.
to provide API event logs including each time an API operation is invoked and for each API event to provide the analytic insights for the API activities or debug the issue through the logged data.
