Blocked Entities

This page describes the functionality of unblocking entities from the back office portal.

The Blocked Entities page will list all the entities that have been blocked from accessing the Wallet application. The Tenant Admin is provided access to unblock such entities from the Backoffice portal so that the user can continue to access the wallet application.

The users can be blocked from using the wallet application in various scenarios which are listed below:

Rules for blocking entities

The tenant admin user can unblock the entity on a case-by-case basis by searching for the entity on this page. The list of all blocked entities related to the country to which the tenant belongs will be listed on this page.

Blocked Entities List

The page provides a search function to look for a particular record from the table of records displayed. Read more about it on the 'Search Blocked Entities' page.

To view the details about the blocked entity, select the record from the table displayed and click on it to go to the 'View Blocked Entity Details' page.
