View Blocked Entity Details
This section describes the functionality of the blocked entity details page.
The Blocked Entity Detailed page can be viewed by clicking on one of the records displayed in the Blocked Entity List page:

The Blocked Entity Details page displays the details about the selected record.

The details about the Blocked entity that are displayed here are:
Blocked Entity - the value in this field indicates the type/name of the blocked entity. For Example: Phone, User, Email.
Entity Details - is the detailed information about the entity. For example, if the Blocked entity is ‘Phone’, then the Entity Details will hold the phone number that has been blocked.
Block Type - the value in this field indicates the reason why the entity was blocked. The valid values in this field are:
Re-Registration
Multiple OTP Requests
Multiple Failed OTP Attempts
Consecutive Failed Logins
Multiple Device Logins
Blocked Date - is the timestamp of the time when the user was blocked.
Blocked Until - indicates the timestamp of the time until when the user will be blocked.
User Type - indicates whether the user is an existing wallet user or a new user blocked during the time of registration. The user who is blocked during re-registration will be considered an existing user. The valid values in this field are:
New
Existing
User Phone No. - is the registered phone number of the existing user who has been blocked. The phone number will not be available for a new user, and the phone number is masked for the Super Admin view.
On the detailed information page, the following fields will have valid values only if the ‘User Type’ field has the value 'existing' else it will display ‘N/A’ :
User Phone Number - the blocked user’s registered phone number.
User UID - the blocked user’s UID.
User Name - the registered Username of the blocked user.
User Deleted at - is the timestamp of the time at which the blocked user was deleted. This is applicable only in the case of a user blocked during re-registration flow.
The last field, ‘Attempted Activities Table’ will contain the logs indicating the timestamp when the user attempted login/password change, etc activities through the application.
