Tenant User Edit/Update

The tenant user details can be edited or updated from the BackOffice. From the tenant user details page we can edit the status and roles that have been assigned under that tenant.

To change the active status, click on the 'Select status' box which will show a drop-down menu with the two options. i.e. "active" and "inactive". Select the status and then the status will be updated.

If an email has been used to invite the user to the BackOffice but has not been verified yet, the admin user can resend the invite again using which the tenant user can join again. To send the invite again click on the "Invite Again" button.

After the invite is sent successfully you will get a pop-up message in the top right corner. It will say "Successfully invited".

If a user's email address has already been verified it shows the "Verified" icon next to the Email field. It should be looking like this:

Edit Roles of a User

To edit or update the roles of a tenant user click on the 'Edit' button beside the tenant name. Here, ph_wallet is the tenant and there are two assigned roles here named merchant_support_admin and ph_customer_service.

All the current assigned roles along with all the created roles that can be assigned to the BackOffice user are shown in the pop-up menu. From the pop-up window, you can select to add the roles that you want to assign to that user. There is also a search bar to search for a specific role. You can also remove roles that were assigned to the user previously.

Update/Edit assigned roles

After updating or editing the roles and checking them, click on 'Update roles' button at the bottom of the pop-up window. Thus the roles of the tenant users will be updated successfully.
