Search Blocked Entities

This page describes the functionality of the search function.

Select the field to search by clicking on the drop-down list and enter the search string to proceed. The search function will return a set of records dynamically as the search string is being typed into the search box:

Click on the drop-down list
Select a field from the listed options

Enter the corresponding search string:

The table can be searched based on the following fields:

  1. Entity Type - select Entity type and enter the search string as Phone_number, User or Email. This will result in the table displaying the records whose 'Blocked Entity' value matches the search string entered.

  2. Entity Detail - select the search field as 'Entity Detail' and enter the user's blocked entity details like the phone number that is blocked or the email address or user UID.

    The results in the table will be the records whose 'Entity Detail' field value matches the search string entered.

  3. Block Type - select the search field as 'Block Type' and enter the user's blocked entity type details like

    • Re Registration

    • Multiple OTP Requests

    • Multiple failed OTP Attempts

    • Consecutive Failed Logins

    Search by Block Type

    The results in the table will be the records whose 'Block Type' field value matches the search string entered.

  4. User Type - select the search field as 'User Type' and enter the user type details like

    • New

    • Existing

    Search by User Type

    The results in the table will be the records whose 'User Type' field value matches the search string entered.
