Unblock Entity

This page describes the process of unblocking the blocked entity.

How to Unblock the Entity?

The Tenant admin user can verify the information on the detail page and then click on the ‘Unblock’ button provided at the bottom of the page. The 'Unblock' function is available only for the Tenant Admin User role. The Super Admin role can only view the details on this page but to unblock the entity, the Tenant Admin must be contacted in the GCP Backoffice.

Unblock Entity

This will display a confirmation message to proceed with the unblock function:

Click on confirm to unblock the entity and proceed. This action cannot be undone as indicated in the message. Click on cancel to abort the process and go back to view the details

After the entity has been unblocked, the user will be able to proceed with logging into the application and receive a new OTP for validation.
